parent groups

As parents who have walked the NICU journey, we understand that the challenges and triumphs continue even after your little one has left the hospital.

Our support groups typically meet in person one Sunday a month. They are free to attend, and are hosted in partnership with Early Steps. At our support group, you can gain insights, access resources tailored to this unique phase of parenthood, and connect with others who have had a similar experience.

Register to RSVP and secure your spot by selecting a date in the dropdown.

Discussions include topics like transitioning from the NICU, the value of early intervention, music therapy, and more. There is time for you to ask as many questions as you want and to share from your own experiences as well.

We looking forward to coming together, sharing stories, and building connections that can make navigating life after the NICU a little bit easier. Please feel free to bring along any fellow NICU parents who might benefit from this supportive and understanding community.

Registration is required for attendance. Light refreshments provided, and childcare available for those who need it.
